cynarAI	c37afbd297	fix(teamchat): retry delegated replies when external origin is missing (#69 ) When deliverDelegatedReplies could not resolve the Slack/Teams origin thread, it still set teamChatMirroredAt and permanently dropped the delegated reply. Leave the mirror timestamp unset when sourceMessageId exists so reconciliation retries once the wake chain can be resolved again. cynarAI	492e0f0965	fix(messaging): deliver delegated tool-only replies before mirroring (#60 ) deliverDelegatedReplies used allowSilence and marked teamChatMirroredAt even when no Slack/Teams message was sent, leaving tool-only delegated runs silently dropped with no retry path.
