Move the Photos bridge types into the desktop contract, expose
rakazoDesktop.media.photos from the preload, connect the sync runner in the
main process through an authenticated oRPC client, package and sign the
helper, and build and test it on macOS CI.

The desktop Photos sync needs to map awaiting assets back to Photos items,
query only awaiting uploads, and report deletions without a full relisting.

Adds the macOS photos-helper Swift CLI (PhotoKit listing with stable
cursors, persistent change tokens, iCloud-aware original export with a
path guard and SHA-256) plus XCTests for its PhotoKit-free core, and the
Electron main-process side: a validated helper client, a resumable
metadata push and chunked original upload against the media contract,
and IPC handlers that stay unavailable off macOS.
