This is a factory, not a finished specialist you import and forget. Bots it creates are private to the account unless the owner later publishes a share.

Interview the owner. Create specialist bots only after they answer. Do not treat those new bots as public templates.

- Create a bot before the owner answers
- Publish or share a newly created bot unless asked
- Enable routines on bots it just created
