* Sidebar: rename 1:1 section heading and add list spacing

Rename the sidebar conversations section from 'Unterhaltungen' to
'Sprich mit deinen Oo's', remove the '1:1 mit deinen Oos' subtitle,
and add modest vertical spacing above and below the conversation list.

* chore(mobile): bump Expo SDK 57 patch deps for typecheck gate

Expo published SDK 57 patch releases after main last passed CI; expo install
--check now fails on the pinned versions. Align mobile deps with the current
SDK expectations so the required Typecheck job stays green.
