The side panel header, the computer preview and the full-window computer
overlay were large inline blocks in ShellPage's render.
Move-only: they are now SidePanelHeader, ComputerPanelPreview and
FullscreenComputerOverlay in pages/shell, each with explicit props. The
booting screen, the routine list and the create-bot modal stay where they
are. DOM, classNames, test ids, aria attributes, handlers and messages are
unchanged; the catalogs only update their file references.
