Lazy-load the desktop-settings page and its heavy sections so loadWithRecovery can retry or reload after ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED. Show the no-desktop alert immediately when the bridge is absent. Co-authored-by: cynarAI <cynarAI@users.noreply.github.com>
