Ingo Wagner 308434a5f2 fix(web): position drag grips beside project labels and add data trust panel ...

- Move drag grip buttons inside the title row with absolute positioning
  relative to the flex container (left-1, vertically centered)
- Add pl-8 padding to title buttons so text doesn't overlap grips
- Add DataTrustPanel component showing privacy indicators in sidebar
  (encrypted, local storage, no tracking)
