executor.ts + pi-runtime.ts splits — ✅ COMPLETED by other agent (commit 42ac41c)

Remaining TS errors (alle pre-existing, nicht durch splits):

• executor-utils.ts: AgentRunRequest nicht in @rakazo/contracts
• executor.ts: MessageBlock import type, implicit any, type mismatches
• pi-model-config.ts: AgentToolExecutionResult nicht in @earendil-works/pi-agent-core
• prose-handoff-recovery.ts: type true != false
• dictation.ts: Uint8Array ArrayBufferLike issue
• user-help-vibe.test.ts / user-profile-harvest.test.ts: "evo" nicht in "docker"/"this-mac"/null

Pending

• Kill fat banner on first chat (requires backend language support)
• Playwright E2E tests: need running backend
• Pre-existing TS errors in adapters (nicht kritisch für web build)
• Further executor.ts/pi-runtime.ts optimization (current: 4230 + 1102 = 5332 lines)

Constraints

• Local models only (:1234 coder). OpenRouter intentionally off.
• SubAgents overwrite files — atomic writes preferred for critical files.
